Very easy to use. January 6, 2009 I converted several 8mm tapes to DVD. The Dr410 was very easy to use and picture quality was excellent. The up conversion of standard DVD s is also very good. The only thing missing is discrete power commands for my programmable remote.
Great Deal January 6, 2009 I used this DVD recorder to record DVD from tape, DVR, TV, and they work well. t is a good machine to record video into DVD as long as there is a RCA connector. I got it from Amazon for $99. Can't beat it!
Good product..inexpensive January 6, 2009 I recently purchased this product as my wife wanted to save some DVR recorded programs as well as some old camcorder tapes. It works as advertised, no problems to date. One quirk though...the upconversion of prerecorded DVD's is not quite as good as the Pioneer DVD player that it replaced. Still, I would recommend this unit.
great product January 6, 2009 We purchased this to convert our videos to dvd's. It has been working great. We move it from TV to TV and it is easily connected.
Major dissapointment and headache January 1, 2009 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have a new hdtv, hd cable box, hdmi cable, and my dvd player's remote gave out, so I bought this. It worked for about 5 min., next day turned it back on, no signal, unplugged-reconnected all, still nothing, called cust service after 1.5hrs on the phone, product defective. Do yourself a big favor stay away from this. Sadly as all products nowdays are made in china, and it shows. this garbage went back where it came from, bought a phillips works great, again this can only be categorized as junk, will give you nothing but a migrane, awful workmanship if one can call it that, with products like this toshiba can you spell bankruptcy.
