Not the battery I ordered September 18, 2008

I ordered a Panasonic Battery. I paid extra money to get this battery over another listed on Amazon since it specifically said it was a Panasonic battery, and showed the picture as if it was the original battery which came with the phone. This is a 3rd party after-market, non-OEM battery sold by a company called "Smartbatts". This is a lot like false advertising.
