I was leary of these mics at first, but after I tried them out they really are a very good deal on standard, no frills, general purpose dynamic microphones.

bought this product 4 months ago and I was blown away. Everyone who has used them love them. I mean come on, you get three mics for $40.00 and you get very, very near sure quality. I even prefer these to my sennheiser microphone (which cost so much more) as they are clearer and louder. I would recommend especially for a church or band that is on a tight budget but do not want to loose on quality.
Great Deal For The Money September 6, 2008
I had been looking at mics for a bluegrass group I am in and decided, after reading many reviews, that I would have to spend about $100 for a single mic. I bought these mics on a chance since I didn't have the buck for the nice expensive ones. I have only used them a few times, but for the money, I am pleased. Besides, I am not a professional and I sadly realized that no mic will make me sound better then I am! These do the job and were in my budget. I am pleased with the product.

This product works well for us. It's actually my second order. My only concern is the prices at Vista. I appear to be driving it up? I ordered it on 1/8/08 at $29.99. I ordered 2 more on 2/29/08 at $31.99. I looked just now (3/4/08) and the price is $32.99?!?!
Excellent mics, worth 10 times the cost November 18, 2007
I'm buying my third set of these mics. They are gradually replacing all my other mics. I don't think there is another dynamic mic that sounds any better. All of the singers who have used these mics love them, male and female. These mics are smoother than SM58s. They sound a lot like SM57s. Terrific feedback rejection, rugged construction, good looking. Excellent presence which cuts through the band to bring the singer out front.
The only weak spot I've found is that a really strong singer (opera strong) singing very close to the mic can bottom it and cause distortion. We just had that singer move 6 inches away from the mic.
Highly recommended, even if you just keep them around as backups to your fragile condenser mics. At ten bucks a pop how can you go wrong?
