Product Description Designed by world-renowned European design house, Jacob Jensen this headset enhances and simplifies the life of luxury, focusing on authentic materials, intuitive technology, outstanding comfort and excellence in audio. Built upon the legacy of the Jabra JX10 headset, while capitalizing on the inherent virtues of authentic titanium: power and elegance, Jacob Jensen combined sleek lines, strict symmetry and the striking contrast of materials to create this elegant headset. The body of brushed anodized titanium is offset by a deep-black, high-gloss trim. The resulting Jabra JX20 Pura is easy-to-wear and embodies luxury and mobility, class and convenience.

Just about perfect December 4, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have used quite a few headsets from Motorola, Cardo, and Jabra and really liked my Jabra JX10 until it went through the washer and dryer. I considered buying another JX10 but figured I would upgrade to the JX20.
The size, 1.5" x.75 is the same, although I think slightly heavier than the JX10. The titanium finish looks more upscale than most other headsets. It is not the fashion statement like the Jawbone, it is more subdued and refined than that. I can't think of a cleaner headset on the market.
The box included: Headset Ear Hook Charging stand Wall charger USB charger Second ear rubber with small pointy thing (standard is plain round like the JX10) Basic Instructions (better ones with advanced operations available online at [...])
What I like: 1) Call quality and volume is great. 2) Rotating on/off switch and very fast connection time. If the JX20 is off and a call comes in, twist the ear piece and before the next ring it has answered the call. Because of this switch, it is easy to tell the unit it turned on (JX10 and many other BT headset, you have to look to see if the blue led is flashing, sometimes seeming like an eternity when your eyes are otherwise occupied or can be difficult in bright sunlight). 3) Works for me without the ear hook (so did the JX10). This has also been improved over the JX10 version. It uses a hole for the mount instead of a C clip that was prone to breaking based on JX10 reviews. 4) Power display, each time you turn it on, it will flash 1 to 4 times to tell you the level (the included charging base has a 5 light level when charging). When it is on without an open BT connection you can press a volume button for a current level. 5) There are no blue LEDs! Also the white LED it does have is on the underside so it wont be reflecting off the glass in the car and there is less looking like a cyborg or bluetool. 6) Multipoint BT so I can use it with my Jabra BT hub and Motorola Q9m in the office and Playstaion3 and cell at home.
What I don't like: 1) In Multipoint for initiating a call, the JX20 has a primary device system and you can rotate between primary devices. The JX10 would pick primary on a short press and secondary on the long press of the answer/end button. This is a minor complaint because it only matters when I am in multipoint mode. In the end this may even be a "different but not better or worse" type of issue and "new to multipoint" users may never even care. 2) It would be nice if it came with formfitting ear gels.
Others may care but I don't: 1) The button labels are unreadable (the layout is the same as the JX10). I don't need them and most could figure it out with trial and error. I just think it is funny they are there at all.
Bottom line, I would buy it again.
