It displays content on a hinged, eight-inch TFT LCD screen that's capable of 500 horizontal lines of resolution. When closed up and put away, the unit closed up to be a little more than an inch thick. And since it comes with a rechargeable battery pack and remote control, you can use it just about anywhere. The device is a full-featured DVD player with multi-angle, multi-language, and parental content lock capabilities. Aside from the usual fast-forward and chapter-forward functions, it also has a time search feature that lets you go directly to a specific timecode location in a DVD.
