I needed something to hang on my wall for CD's, DVD's, etc. as I only have limited space. I could not use anything that required hammer and nails or drilling due to the electrical cords within the walls. So..this was just what I wanted. Great for CD's, but a little small for DVD's with their covers. It handles DVD's without the cover, but didn't want to put them in the holder without protection. If the DVD is in a jacket, then it works well for DVD's. Easy to apply...just stick it on the wall. And, you can keep on adding as needed. Don't know how it will be if I need to remove it later...will it remove paint too? Don't know..I just know that it serves its purpose for me now. Would be great for people in dorms or have limited floor space.
