Brilliant sound October 5, 2008 The sound, especially lows is astonishing. I have never heard headphones sound this full. Bose? please.
Great Bass, high-quality headphones!! October 3, 2008 These headphones are great for bass! they add some nice punchiness to the lower tones that is really noticeable. Also, I am definitely noticing beats and sounds that I have never noticed before in my favorite songs.
The ear padding is very soft, so it is comfortable to wear, but my earlobes hurt for a little while when I take the headphones off. The quality of the sound that comes out of these headphones definitely make up for that though. They are sold at a great price point as well.
The sound is better than some $70 ultimate ears in-ear headphones that I purchased and then returned, because I noticed that the sound coming out of them was the same as ipod headphones when held jammed into my ear, as doing so makes ipod headphones sound better). The ultimate ears simply allowed me to take my hands off my ears, but produced the same quality sound as the ipod headphones. These Sennheisers are definitely better than those two headphones described, and I do not feel the need to jam them into my ears to get better sound!
Very good sound isolation, a little too bassy for me. October 3, 2008 These headphones are really nice and very comfortable. I noticed the moment I put them on, even before I started the music, that they were super quiet and blocked out most of the ambient noise of the room. I was very impressed. I've also worn them for long periods of time (several hours) and haven't experienced any discomfort to date.
My only complaint is that they are a little bass heavy for my taste.
Decent head phones, decent price. September 1, 2008 I bought these head phones about 2 years ago. They fit were a good fit over my ears, providing good sound on all my music. I used them with my zune, ipod, computer, and tv. These Headphones have a long cord, and are bulky. Which makes it a hassal to travel with, but when I'm at home and people are asleep I can sit across the room and plug these in to my receiver and not disturb anyone. The only problem I have with these is that every 2 years I need to buy another pair as the left ear goes out. All in all though these have been worth the money I spent on them, as I used them everyday.
good headphones June 23, 2008 A little bassy, but overall pretty excellent. Over-ear part takes some getting used to, a bit hard to use while wearing glasses too.
