Great Condition June 28, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Product received in timely fashion and was in geat condition. Would definitely do business with again.
Poor imitation of the original record cleaner(a demonstration). June 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R347F2SXLDV6IB I bought this because my old discwasher from the seventies was falling apart. What a rip off! This does not have the fibers that point in one direction that actually pick up dust and dirt, like the original product. If you found this video review and demonstration informative, visit my web site and let me know. Thanks!
A must for playing or archiving vinyl records May 18, 2008 Don't even think of playing your precious vinyl record collection without using this product. It removes dust, fingerprints and any other debris from your album BEFORE playing. I don't recommend using it with the album on the turntable itself as that wears heavily on the turntable motor. Put down a soft, lint-free towel and clean the record on the towel instead of on your turntable. Unless you have one of those very expensive vinyl record vacuum systems, this is the next best thing.
This is NOT a "discwasher" March 13, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is junk compared to the Discwasher that we all knew and used in the vinyl era. The name be the same but the product is essentially ineffective compared to the original. I'd suggest you try to find an old one somewhere but don't bother wasting money on this. I used it once and tossed it in the trash can. You can do better with a t-shirt. The pad is nothing like the pad on the original - it does NOT get into the record grooves. You can do as well with an old (clean) T shirt!
The One and Only March 1, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you own a record, by default you should own a Discwasher. The job that it does on old, dusty, scratchy records is unmatched. Take care of your records and keep them in great shape. Static no more!
