This is a wonderful remote and very, very easy to use. The layout of the play/pause/rewind/forward buttons is very odd - circling the 'OK' button. I knew about the layout before I bought it and thought I could get used to it, but I still have to look at the remote to find the right button. I've heard a lot of folks complain about how "difficult" it is to program but it easy once you get the hang of how the different features blend together (i.e. availability of TV specific buttons while using the DVR/DVD/VCR features). If you have a DVR, this is the remote for you.
