I recieved a broken radio and the customer service rep was very rude when I called for a return shipping label at electronic expo.

The wall stickers are very strong if you don't want to screw the bracket in. FM reception is very good in my shower, AM not so much.

This Sangean shower radio is the best shower radio I've heard. The sound/ everything is much better than a Sony shower radio (ICF-S79V) I had that lasted about five years before crapping out.
I talked to the US distributor at Sangean; apparently, they make the tuner chips used by all sorts of different companies. The LCD in this unit appears to be the exact same one used by Tivoli Audio in its iSongbook, which is a good thing.
While this radio is mono and doesn't sound as good as Tivoli Audio units, its very good for a shower radio. The only (marginally negligible) think I'd complain about is the time and radio station aren't displayed at the same time when its on, even though there are two numerical LCD lines in the display. Also, there's no 1/8" aux-input, but I guess my shower ain't exactly where I'd take my iPod anyways.

This is a very high quality product with many nice features. The only missing item is an alarm on the clock. The raidio is good enough to be a bedside clock radio.

I've wanted a shower radio for years now, though no matter where I looked, I could only find ones that looked cheesy, or incredibly fragile. Most reviews on Amazon for shower radios note that, if you have an electronic device in a high humidity environment, like a shower, it won't last long. Most $30 shower radios break after a month or two.
Not this one. I've had it for over half a year now, running on the original pair of batteries I put in when I got it, and it shows absolutely no signs of wear or tear, despite the hell I've put it through. If you're in the market for a shower radio, I can not stress how incredibly satisfied I am with the purchase of this product, and for first time buyers - do not let the seemingly high price scare you off. This radio will last. Right from when you open the box, you'll feel how surprisingly heavy it is, how sturdy it is... Sangean really put their all into this product. I can't recommend it enough.
And yes, Sangean is a trusted brand to me now, and I would buy their other products without hesitation in the future. It's easily the best Amazon purchase I've made to date.
