No problems, great deal August 12, 2008 Well, didn't have the experience of others. I bought a refurb.. had it for a year until stolen. Bought another, have had it for a year. ran it through the washing machine once, still works.
This was a Nano. Had good support from Apple.. when I brought it in with an issue to the apple store once.. they gave me instructions to re-flash the firmware and said if it didn't fix it, they would give me a new one.. full warranty in other words.
please dont waste your money November 22, 2007 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
I had a 30 day warranty and 40 days after purchase ipod could not keep a charge for 20 minutes. I ordered a new battery and same thing. bad refurb now I wont buy any refurb again.
Refurbished is not the way to go January 9, 2007 23 out of 23 found this review helpful
Although the refurbished models may save some money, we were not successful in getting good quality. After 30 days the screen went completely blank and a small hairline crack was found.
not what they said it was January 6, 2007 24 out of 26 found this review helpful
this was suppose to be a refurbished IPOD but instead they set me a used one. the battery will not stay up on it and apple said it is not under warranty so be very careful on what you buy not everything is what they say it is.
