I purchased the Oregon-Scientific JMR828A Jumbo Wall Clock about 3 weeks ago. Despite seeing several reviews from people who had problems with it, I assumed that no product is 100% bad.
Well, right out of the box the clock would not set. I did reset after reset with no luck. Finally, I manually set the clock and hung it on the wall. Now it resets itself twice a day TO THE WRONG TIME.
However, the worst part of this saga is that I twice went to the Oregon-Scientific webpage and filled out the form found there for technical help. Despite a posted notice that they would respond to all queries within 48 hours, my questions about how to make this clock work have been completely ignored!
Avoid any product by Oregon-Scientific. They sell junk and then take a "buyer beware" attitude.
