Very HappyJanuary 1, 2008 I bought this for my 9 year old son and he loves it. My 19 year old daughter loaded some songs on it without reading the instructions so that leads me to believe that it is user friendly. I looked over the instructions once to see how to operate it and showed it to my son and he has been enjoying it ever since. This product is user friendly, very cute, and small enough to place it in your pocket while listening. We are very happy with it so far. He has only had it for 1 week so he has not dropped it or mishandled it to see if it is durable, but other than that I would recommend it.
