Product Description

the product does what it says it will do, and it had better for $50 odd dollars, however, the prongs are VERY tight once inserted into the television and therefore VERY difficult to remove carefully. I would suggest not inserting them completely. They work fine just sitting in a bit and then you wont have to pull on the cables so hard to disconnect them.

This works great I want to get another one for my upstairs tv so I don't have to unhook it every time I want to watch videos upstairs.

This is one of Apple's proprietorial products. You can't buy anything else on the market expect this cable if you want to playback video from your iphone to your TV or VCR. Having said that this is a good product if a bit pricey
and Apple has you by the short hairs so its this or nothing. One drawback is that the A/V connectors that go into the TV are smooth and hard to grab to pull out.

This cable, while expensive, works great when it works. The first cable I bought from the local Apple retail store was bad, but it took the local stores geniuses 1 1/2 hours to determine that I needed a new cable. If you have the latest iPod and you get this cable and it tells you to "Connect Video Accessory, you have a bad cable and exchange it for another one. I have a 80GB iPod classic, and once the cable was found to be defective and replaced, it works great. I just watch a TV show from the iPod store on my TV and it looks great!

I would check on the other seller before I buy. I bought from this seller because the price was cheaper in appearance. It wasn't till I already purchased it that i realized there was over a $3 tax. I have no idea why there is tax on it but there is and shipping was over $6. so its possible the one that says 49.00 is cheaper if it doesn't have tax. It's only a dollar or two but just thought I'd put that out there.
