this a great product! easy to use, looks great, easy to carry! only one complaint that i have is that i wish it came with written instructions and a toll free number to call as not all people have the time to go online all the time for instructions to use. but overall very satisfied with my zune. thanks
Very large capacity MP3 player May 10, 2008
I have had the 80GB zune since late November and am overall happy with it. The amount of music and pictures that it can hold is incredible. I have my entire music collection (over 10,000 songs) and all of my family pictures on it.
The sync process is very easy. In spite of earlier reviews, I found the software to be completely compatible with Vista Home Premium.
The earbuds that came with the Zune are not very good, so I replaced with a pair of headphones that came with the Walkman that was replaced by the Zune.
The only drawbacks to the Zune are: Poor sound from the earbuds and no way to level the volume of music.
Overall I am happy with this purchase after nearly 6 months of use.

I got a Zune 80gb about a month ago from Best Buy. It worked great though the software is miserable to use. The player itself had nice video play back, the screen is large and clear. Then it just crashed while I was listening to it. I referred to MS's website, followed the directions to no avail. I called tech support. They suggested I send it to them for repair. I decided to just return it to Best Buy for a new one figuring I got a lemon. They replaced it with no problem. Yay- Best Buy! That one died in exactly the same manner two weeks later. I returned it for an iPod. The Geek Squad guy told me a lot of Zune's were getting returned. Be warned.

I love the Zune, mostly because it is not an Ipod. It is easier to use than the reviews, and I have 1300 songs on it and haven't spent $ YET! Some wmp songs sync some don,t , I Can,t figure out the formula yet. Some new CDs go right to the Zune, some old CDs won,t who knows. It's a lot simpler than what you read, and it's not an ipod.
Excellent sound, kills Ipod.

This is my First MP3 Player, so no comparisions...
Pros:- Big Screen, Touch Scroll , Custom Wallpapers, FM Radio, Premiuim headsets.
Cons:- Bit Bulky, Not many accessories available in the market.
