1 out of 5 stars Mala compra!   November 16, 2008

1 out of 5 stars Worthless   June 27, 2008
Stopped working after a week. Vendor was Tiger--they refused any type of refund. Amazon couldn't help either. Might as well toss the cash out the window.

2 out of 5 stars Ditching it ASAP   March 25, 2008
March 24, 2008
I got it as a gift, so I really can't complain, but still, it would be nice if the thing actually worked properly and reliably. Problem number 1 is the instructions. Granted, we had fun laughing at the wounded English, but when it came to providing useful information, well... let's just say that they didn't. Problem number 2 is that when using home made recordings, the player produces this weird static if the levels are too high. The buttons are also notoriously unreliable in terms to their functions. The big one in the player face is the worst. Sometimes it pauses the music. Sometimes it makes the music play. Sometimes it makes the music stop entirely. sometimes it turns the player off. Most of the time it doesn't do anything at all. The other buttons are the same. The FM radio would be great- if it picked up any stations. The other technicality is that once the player is in FM mode, it can only be restored to normal (for it, at least) by removing and reinstalling the battery. The final straw is that my (512 MB) model is already 2/3 of the way full with all of 62 songs. At least, that's how many it SAYS it has on it. The counter mysteriously skips from 13 to 19 while the music is playing. If you get nothing else out of this review, read this. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

UPDATE: June 3, 2008
Bumped into a door frame with it in my pocket- a gentle bump, mind you, not a slam- and the screen exploded. Huge spiderweb crack, black blotches on what was left of the screen, the whole bit. I suppose it will still play music, but given the lack of screen and, well, unpredictability of the controls, it's pretty much useless. Luckily the flash memory is still functioning, so it works as a flash drive. My only conclusion now is that I'll just have to bite the bullet and buy an iPod. My advice re: this product still stands: buy at your own risk, and keep in mind that mine lasted less than 6 months before being reduced to merely a flash drive that I can loan to other people without getting broken up if they don't return it.

5 out of 5 stars Loaded with cool features that are hard to use.   July 11, 2007

If you're looking for a low cost MP3 player/ digital recorder you found it. I wouldn't recommend this product for its advanced features because they are difficult to use.
My Favorite feature: The Headset is built-in to the lanyard. This means the ear buds aren't yanked out of your ears.
Coolest Feature: You can record songs off the FM tuner and play them back later. ROCK ON!
Worse Feature: Play/Pause button, if pressed for a millisecond too long, will pop you out of whatever you are doing and start recording.

This is extremely hard to use and confusing. Mine came without instructions. I accidentally pressed the "hold" button and have never since managed to get it off hold.
