 Dated technology? Yes, and it is fine for my purposes December 31, 2007
I wanted a recorder to 'catch' my thoughts as I went for a daily walk or drove in the car. I thought I wanted a recorder that uploaded my 'session' onto my PC and also one that was rechargeable. In looking around at the technology, I decided to try this older paradigm. It works fine! It does what I wanted to do - capture thoughts that come to me when I am away from my computer. I like the simplicity of the design and it is working just fine.

This micro recorder its one of the best, the quality of the sound its perfect, this is a great product and I recommended if your planing to buy a professional recorder for work or home use.

I agree with another reviewer. This machine is nothing like the older Panasonic micro's, which produced CLEAR recordings. This one buries your voice behind motor noise and hiss. Am exchanging it for a SONY.
Good Recorder July 6, 2007
Don't feel like writing much of a review. It was an overall very good recorder, never had a problem with it. Pretty durable, recorded everything it was supposed to. Recommended A++++++++++
