Products exhibits both comfort and superior range limitations. I am able to walk over a hundred feet away from the phone receiver and still carry a clear conversation. The Automatic phone pick up makes life easy when i am away from the desk. Great bang for the buck
Great Headset March 28, 2008
I was experiencing considerable neck & shoulder pain from holding the phone and trying to type & mouse at work. I had worn headsets years ago and absolutely hated them.
The technology and comfort have come a long way. The unit is very comfortable even for extended periods. The sound clarity is good on both ends.
The headset lifter was a bit tricky to get to work properly, but eventually with lots of trial and error it works like it's supposed to.
A few weeks of using this has helped the neck/shoulder pain significantly. I'm very pleased with the product.

The price was incredible. I has used this product at a prior job and was the first thing I purchased for my new position. I find them indispensable.

I purchased this item for myself and others in our busy office. They have good range and are easy to install and use.

We purchased 4 of these headset units with the lifters and 2 out of the four didn't work. They weren't communicating with the lifter when you pressed the button on the headset to answer the call. Lots of frustration for the users. The good news is when I called Plantronics they replaced the headsets no questions asked. I did have to pay shipping to return the bad units. The replacements work great and everyone is happy. Makes me wonder if Amazon got some bad units.
