The Olympus Digital Recorder has surpased all of my expectations and I must admit that I was surprised by how small and light weight it actually is.When I was searching the net for a Digital Recorder, I realised that everyone else kept bringing this little fellow up;and so I chose it.
I have not been disappointed at all.
Easy to record VOICE, nice features for auto recording and the MP3 player is a nice bonus. I happen to be a Manager with vital need for such a device and I also compose songs...perfect for me as I can save to WMA and ship off to the studio/arranger of my choice via USB to my laptop.
I have not used the telephone recorder yet but even without the Microphone attached, the recorder is incredibly clean and powerful.
A good deal for the money as most others were too bulky and pricey compared to this versatile on the go instant device.
The one thing I wish for is a color display for future model. ( my apologies to Olympus if that already exists)
