 Good customer service, bad product June 14, 2007
The first set of earphones I received were 3.5 mm instead of the 2.5 mm I ordered. The customer service was good and shipped the correct earphones to me right away. However, the correct earphones fell apart the first day I had them (the wires came out of the tubing).
Great idea poorly executed JAVBOeBuds April 11, 2007
The idea for the headphones is a good one, but the mechanism rarley works and the cords are frequently tangled. The sound quality was fairly good at first. One of the ear phones stopped working with in a few months. The porduct was a great disappointment and I would not buy other products from them.

I am very happy with the purchase of this product since in my country I could not find 2.5mm earphones except for 3.5mm. The delivery came relatively very soon with no complications and got the product exactly as it was advertised. Very good service.
Good set of earbuds but not without flaws January 9, 2007
These are decent earphones in a convenient package at a decent price. They are a very good value for entry headphones. Definitely worth the price I paid at Amazon.
Pros
- Inexpensive but decent sound quality.
- Decent support - Had a problem with one of the two pairs purchased. Support was responsive in getting a replacement.
Cons
- It would be nice if it came with foam covers
- Had to trim a bit of the plastic around the plug because the headphones wouldn't stay seated properly on my treo650.
- One pair suddenly retracted while using them. It will no longer stay retracted. They are being replaced by the mfg.
Nice and compact November 7, 2005

It does what it claims. The build quality feels a little cheap but it still works perfectly. Sound quality is pretty much what you'd expect from sub $20 earphones. The retractable part can sometimes feel a little heavy. Worth the money, even if just for the retractability. Great customer support for the product also.
