Product Description iTrip Auto for Sansa plays your music on your car's FM stereo as it charges so you can listen as you ride. Four user-programmable presets make this the hardest-working iTrip for Sansa ever. Play your Sansa's music on your car's stereo system without wires as it charges so you arrive at your destination fully charged, ready-to-go. Just plug into your car's 12 V accessory outlet or cigarette lighter, set your radio to one of iTrip Auto's pre-sets and iTrip does the rest. iTrip's digital FM radio broadcaster sends music from your Sansa to a clear, open frequency on your car's FM radio in crisp, clear FM stereo. Once you find that perfect station, iTrip Auto can remember the setting with one of four user-programmable pre-sets.

It works fine for ebooks December 3, 2008 I purchased the iTrip for listening to books, and it works great. I can hear some static at times, which might be a problem with music, but for ebooks it is not a problem.
Griffin iTrip FM Transmitter and Auto Charger for Sansa (Purchased on 10/29/2008) November 30, 2008 Works great out of the box. I use it with my Sansa Fuze 8gb. As soon as plug it into the 12v output the MP3 comes on. Only draw back is that I have to manually turn off my player when I remove the transmitter or when the transmitter is left in and turns itself off.
Haven't seen product yet from amazon November 7, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
I wish I could review the player. I ordered it, and Amazon has sent me the IPOD transmitter twice. I am giving up trying to get the correct Sansa FM transmitter from them.
Very Happy - Worth The Price October 27, 2008 I first purchased the Coby CA-745 (because of the price) which after working for about 30 seconds would not power on again. I returned it and tried the iTrip which I am very happy with. I use it with my Sansa Fuze. No trouble finding a station & it sounds as good or better than the radio. No static or breakup. I am using it in a mostly rural area so I do not yet know how it would work in an urban area. I like the design better than the Coby also. My gear shift is right in front of the power outlet in my dashboard so when in park I cannot plug in anything large. The iTrip has a small plug with the unit separated by a wire which you can stick anywhere. It has 4 user programmable presets & a lighted dial.
Best One Yet August 25, 2008 I live in the Los Angeles area so there are not any open radio stations but this product actually works. I still do get static when using it so it is not perfect. I suggest this one over the other FM transmitters because it is small and it charges the MP3 player while the MP3 player is in use.
