Great for using your own headphones on airplanes January 2, 2009 Very simple product and it works like a charm...definitely better to use your own headphones instead of the ones the airlines provide.
Perfect companion to you own headphones June 15, 2008 If you are planning to take an airline trip anytime soon and love to watch the movies they provide, then this product is a good companion to your own head phones. Just plug in your own head phone wire into this airline adapter, which is conveniently the exact required plug that fits in the airline arm rest, and voila you are ready to go. No more paying for airline movies/earphones (currently $5.00) and even better, this adapter is reusable for future flights.
Nearly obsolete these days, but practical nevertheless... May 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you are ever on one of the older airplanes with this kind of plug and have your own headphones this will come in very handy. Airline headphones are always cheap crap and hurt your ears more then they help, so I always carry my own noise isolating headphones with me...
Do they work in Lufthansa or KLM May 18, 2008 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
Hey guys,
I am going to take a 20 hour flight. I am planning to buy an adapter but I am wondering if anybody tried them on Lufthansa since the lufthansa as I heard from someone is three-prong holes.
Thanks
Airline 2 Prong Headphone Jack Adapter April 12, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
My unit in April 2008 came in cardboard and plastic bubble pack with Maxell brand label on cardboard. Adapter has no brand name logo on it but seems well built.
