 Perfect replacement July 24, 2008
This was the perfect replacement for my RCA TV. I didn't even have to program it. It worked perfectly straight out of the packaging.

was sent wrong remote and never got a reply
I called 4 different times and no tech suport
finnally got customer service to refund the total cost and shipping
 Not ideal for Directv August 25, 2007
This remote doesn't have the same buttons (functions) that my original remote had to use with Directv DVR. If, like me, you subscribe to the old "Ultimate" Directv this remote isn't an exact copy even though it looks very similiar.

This remote was a direct replacement for the remote that came with our television. It worked perfectly, and easily switches back and forth to control both the TV and the satellite dish.
