I wasn't aiming to make my iPhone throw on the wall resistant, just to give it more grip in case a klutz attack, and I had no wish to pay a ridiculous amount for it. I didn't want something that would wrap around it like a chunky armor, had no need nor desire to silicone the screen. Verdict? This is one great case: it fits the iPhone like a really cool surf suit does a naked body (think Ursula Andress in Dr. No) and looks at least solid enough to protect the phone in case of an accidental drop. The only aesthetic glitch: the rectangular opening at the top. Curious since all the other holes are perfectly cut. I figure the designers found that too small an opening there tended to compromise the listening experience. In that case, why not center the opening. Still, not a real problem, specially at a fraction of the price uglier, clumsier, stickier cases are going for.

I bought one of these for myself and my husband to use on our iPhone 3G's. I personally give it 5 stars as it's been great for me. My hubby's however broke within a week. Not sure if maybe his was defective or not, hence only 3 stars. I would recommend it still. I've had mine over a month now with no regrets.

I love love this product, it doesn't stick to your pants, it is hardcore and super sleek looking. The ONE thing I am not too happy about is the "paint" is chipping a bit but it's black underneath so not too big of a deal!

This is a quality case for the 3G iphone at a great price. The case fits perfectly, snaps together securely and stays put, and is easy to remove when necessary. The composition of the case has a nice rubber feel, but is hard enough that it doesn't grab when sliding in and out of my pockets.

I bought this case specifically for the price. I was online making some purchases anyway and I decided to pick one up. I used it for about a week, until I decided that I wanted to change out my screen protector on the phone. I spent several minutes trying to figure out how to most gingerly "Un-snap" the case without breaking any of the retaining clips, but to no avail. One of the four clips that held the two halves together popped off and immediately rendered the case useless.
