Product Description The SL-SX320 portable CD player has Panasonic's exclusive "No-Skip" technology to help prevent interruption of the music. "No Skip" technology features a unique construction designed with rubber brushings to absorb shock, and an anti-skip mechanism and anti-skip digital servo further prevent skip. A 48-second memory reserve is built in for added back up. This model also includes Panasonic's PowerLast High Efficiency Power System. The system combines a highly efficient motor with low-load circuitry for drastically improved playback time. Traditional CD play and the ability to play back home recordings saved to CD-R or CD-RW discs are also common to the player. CD playback options include 24-track random access programming, Repeat, Resume, which picks up where the unit left off when last stopped, and Skip/Search and Memory/Recall. A Hold switch is included to prevent accidental button pushing. Adding to its portability and ease of use is a new thinner design with operation keys and LCD displays laid out logically on its top cover.

One of the best December 29, 2004 I used this player every day in muni transit to school. I found it much better than most of the CD players that I have (some of them are really expensive). It has really good anti-skip system. Sound is very good. I like it.

It comes with crummy headphones, and the control buttons are a little too sensitive. Otherwise, for the price, this is a decent player. The sound is fine and it's fairly free of skipping. I have not found it to be so delicate though. I've knocked it around a bit over the year or so that I've owned it and nothing's gone wrong. It's okay for the price.
Horrible February 29, 2004 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Recently while I was on a bus trip, I found that if player was not sitting on a completely flat surface, a clicking sound was evident as if the disc was brushing up against the side of the player. This only got worse, and the clicking got louder at all times, until I finally decided to cut my losses and rip the top cover off. I then proceeded to give it an Office Space-like beating, punishing the player for months of torture. I urge you to not consider purchasing such a horrendous item. Hope this helps.
Great!!!! January 7, 2004 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a great CD-Player. I use it when I walk home, and it doesn't skip. I find it very useful. The sound quality is great, and it works very well. The only down-side is that the earphones don't stay on your head very well. Other than that they are great. I find the EQ button very useful because some music sounds better in a different mode. For example, a radio show with two guys talking softly is good with the bass boost version, while a trio of singers is better live. All in all, this is great.
dont buy this.. December 2, 2003 5 out of 13 found this review helpful
