Not the adapter received, but the updated one February 21, 2006
I purchased this adapter (RP-AK45) from Beach Audio, but received a different adapter, SH-CDC12pey. According to the Panasonic web site, this is the replacement for the SH-CDC6, which works for my Panasonic CD player. RP-AK45 is supposed to be for all Panasonic portable CD players. I guess the SH-CDC12pey replaced the RP-AK45. It's confusing to me. Would be nice if Amazon and Beach Audio update this information at the RP-AK45 web page.
