Veneto Series Stand October 20, 2008 This is a heavy piece of furniture and is the perfect size for my 55 inch Sony Rear Projection TV. The picture makes the stand look like it has a cherry finish, but it is closer to black. The center compartments are open (no doors) and that is very good for my receiver, as it generates a lot of heat.
The unit was shipped on time with no damage, and all hardware was in the box.
I would go 5 stars, but the right door hangs a little crooked (slants down 1/8 inch on the top from right to left)...not enough to bother me, but drives the wife crazy.
I would buy it again.
tv stand September 30, 2008 wasn't hard to put together, but took long. Looks good, get alot of compliments on it.

Quick and easy assembly. Very sturdy and looks good. Goes perfectly with my 40 inch flat panel.
Poor Quality, Poor Design May 28, 2008 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
Assembly is fairly streight forward. Takes about 2 hours to put it together. A couple of pre-drilled holes were a bit off, but nothing dramatic. Material quality and finish are not the best, but tolerable. The major problem however is, once assembly was completed, the stand was very unstable. It wobbles and shakes in all directions. I am quite apprehensive about whether or not I should put thousands of dollars worth of electronic AV equipment on it, especially my brand new 52" LCD!
Nice piece for the price May 9, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Looks and function just as well as pieces priced much higher. Took a little time to line the doors up properly but ended up OK. Unit is heavy and once you get your components on it and its on carper it will not move easily so have some slack in your wiring for future additions or cable setup.
