Ear Buds December 1, 2008 Came in less than a week. Perfect shape and in original packaging. Works great for my son! Janet
Snug fit but will shock the living daylights out of you December 1, 2008 The earbuds are good, fit really nicely but the only problem I have which is a big NO-NO for me is that there appears to be a buildup of static electricity and the buds will shock me every once in a while right in the ear canal. This is a very unpleasant and annoying experience.
The wires break easily November 29, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
Sound quality is good enough for the price. Isolation is okay, but not as good as Shures.
Despite its good features, I cannot get over its problem- wires break VERY easily. Since these don't come with bags like the Shures, I couldn't keep them in perfect condition, but I certainly never abused them. Nevertheless, I've had wires break TWICE, and it seems to be a pattern; I also saw complaints online about this issue so I'm not alone.
While cheap earphones are nice, I'd rather have one that lasts. Shures, although expensive, are completely worth the price difference for their superior isolation, better build quality, and the protective equipment that comes with it.
So in conclusion, I will never buy Sennheiser's cheap earphones again.
Perfect for my needs November 29, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have a very specific need when searching for earbuds. I suffer from tinnitus, and use my mp3 player to provide masking sounds (rain on a roof, say). So I need the buds to 1) be comfortable for long periods. 2) STAY IN! 3)provide at least reasonable fidelity. 4) block outside noise. 5) allow me to sleep with them on, i.e., not feel like a golfball in my ear when I lay on my side. These buds do all that, plus they sound good when I am listening to music. And they were not outrageously expensive either. A good purchase for my needs.
Good sound for the price November 29, 2008 I like the sound of these ear phones.Good bass.I don't like the two long (right) and short (left) cords. Woundn't have bought if I new this before.Getting use to it.The ear phones also seam to stay in my ears better(if you don't snag them),than others I have tried, and they block out the noise.Plus the ear phone are small.I have sure ear phones, and I like these better because of this.I can ware these longer without them hurting my ears.I sometimes go to sleep with them on.Like all ear phones you have to set your MP3 to the right sound setting to get the best sound. So I give 4 stars, because of the cord issue. It all comes down to how they sound A+.Hope this review helps.
