 Better products out there October 27, 2008
The sounds was good, which for the price of these that is unacceptable. I did a lot of research on ear buds and I had heard these were the best ear buds under $100, NOT TRUE! As for fitting....not so good, if you have a really big ear canal they might fit, but they did not fit in my ear very well, I tried all the different "sounds adapters" and some fit better than other, but it would alter the sounds, and not in a good way. If these are worn properly the sounds is not that great, but if they are jammed in your ear the sound is much better, not a good trade off. When I first got the 2 months ago I was excited and decided to wait to write a review until the newness wore off, glad I did. Yesterday I bought a set of JVC Marshmellow ear buds for $14.99 and they are 100 times more comfortable and the sound is twice as good. These are DEFINITELY NOT the best headphones under $100

The sound that comes from this product is great but I have trouble keeping them in my ears especially during a run. It comes with three tips and one of them won't stay in my ear at all, the other is kind of big, and the third fits but and i love them for walking but not running.

I tried these out for a month for a review on another site. During that time I used each of the three interchangeable tips. I found the sound easily better than earphones I'd paid 2x as much for (including the lousy and ill-fitting Bose earphones).
There's reverse sound technology and all that other marketing mumbo jumbo. All that I care about is the music sounds good. When testing my first task is to turn the music up loud and see how much the sound distorts.
With Purebuds I was NOT able to get the earphones to distort even at the loudest level.
I love the case that comes with the Purebuds because it easily holds both the replacement eartips and the earphones themself.
For the price you cannot beat these! And actually I don't think you can beat them at two or three times the price...

I have odd-shaped ears, making many earbud headphones uncomfortable or not able to fit at all. With the interchangeable earbud tips, the Purebuds headphones always give me a good snug fit that doesn't fall out (even while running). These sound fantastic, and cost a lot less than a similar-sounding pair from Sennheiser or what have you.

These are great headphones! Comfortable and they sound better than other headphones that I own that are much more expensive.
