Good product May 31, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Product was new &in good condition. Was just a little dusty but it was just the packaging
Be careful when ordering March 18, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I ordered this when I needed an emergency replacement cord for my Dell Inspiron 640m (my original cord suddenly stopped working). It uses a Dell PA-12 family cord with a 7.5mm barrel connector. None of the connector tips that come with this universal kit are large enough, and the special Dell tip that comes with it is the old-style three-prong tip that Dell phased out some time ago. I'm assuming the product works fine but was unable to connect it to my laptop to find out.
NOT truly universal November 5, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is not a truly universal kit. Purchased this for an Avertec laptop. However, this kit did not work for the laptop.
