Low profile that fit in the back of my 78 SE TA, sound quality was good with the factory radio.

Installed easily in a 1999 Dodge Ram pickup. No spacer needed. The sound is overall good.

At first I was a little aprehensive about purchasing these speakers. There's not much information available for them. I even e-mailed Pyle for certain specs that I couldn't find, but go no answer. Here's why I bought them - a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Convertible has 6x9 speakers in the front doors, but only 2.5" mounting depth - no other aftermarket 6x9s would fit without modifying the door (ie: grinding away metal) and I didn't want to put in adapters and 6.5" speakers. I was pleasantly suprised with the sound they produce. The woofers aren't going to shake your car (get a sub for that), but they have a good sound and actually do a good job. The mids and highs are very clear and crisp. Are there better 6x9s ? - Yes, but if you have space limitations, I can't see very many 6.5"s giving this range of sound for this price. If you have a Sebring - these bolt right in - no cutting or grinding.
