Excellent Product for the Price October 6, 2008 The speaker stands are easy to put together and are very sturdy. They look great and at the price they are hard to beat- strongly recommended.
Good for price September 30, 2008 SANUS SYSTEMS BF-31B Wood Speaker Stands Bought two pairs of these to highten my bookshelf speakers. Everything went together pretty easy. Some cracks in the wood when tightening the srews. Spikes are too big and couldn't get two stands through the carpet into the floor. I didn't put the slats on the back to hide the speaker wire, tape works just as good. Stands look good. If you're on a budget, these stands are perfect for the price. If you have a bigger budget, I'd research and go with a more expensive stand. I am happy overall with them.
Nice speaker stands September 15, 2008 The stands look nice... just a little problem with me the time I was assembling them. Overall, the stands are nice for that low price.
Excellent Stands for the Money September 6, 2008 I bought a pair of the BF31B stands for my rear speakers. I also own a pair of BF24B for my front speakers. For the money, they are a good looking, functional stand. For those that are whining on their reviews about "It's not wood" or "It split when I put it together", wake up. Those that whine about quality are people that think they should get a $200 pair of stands for $30. Those that say they split when assembling, read the instructions and do not use a screw gun to put them together. Mine went together just fine, but I actually read the instructions and used a screwdriver. Paying attention does help, people. These are a very good looking stand that works very well for my Paradigm speakers. I highly recommend them if you can read instructions AND you don't expect $200 stands for $30.
Not to shabby! August 16, 2008 Okay folks... if I had a video I would record these stands so you can see them for yourself. But they look absolutely amazing. They were simple and easy to put together, though if you really care about covering the back to hide the cords then you might have some trouble. Im using M-Audio StudioPro 3's and they fit perfectly on the stand. The top part of the stand wont hold very large speakers, at least I would worry about putting them on there, but for the studio pro 3's they fit perfectly.
Overall, this is a great product for the money. They do a good job, and they look amazing. Definitely recommended.
