 Terrible Shedding January 9, 2009
Thank goodness I dont have any breathing issues like allergies or asthma. I washed it before putting it on my bed, and it was shedding lint EVERYWHERE. So much that even though I have absolutely no breathing issues, I kept sneezing nonstop and had to literally throw the throw (no pun intended) right off my bed! It's a really soft blanket, but WAYYYYYYYY too linty! I bought it in the coral willow if that makes any difference.
I will continue to wash it every time I have room when I do laundry to see if the problem will subdue, but until then, I will not be using it at all. For this price, I rather have bought the microtec throw, also sold on amazon for the same price. I bought 3 of those, and the shedding wasnt nearly as bad as this one. (However hte microtec BLANKET itself in king size, leaves lint all over my sheets and duvet, but no sneezing there.... odd.)
 Soft, great value, HORRIBLE shedding January 9, 2009
This blanket is wonderfully soft, softer than any other cheap fleece blanket I've ever felt. It can't really hold a candle to high-end models but for what I paid I have zero complaints about the feel of it. The color (cedar) is beautiful and true to the website photos. However... this thing sheds like a mangy dog. I'm talking about little bits of fluff EVERYWHERE. On your clothes, furniture, pets, ceiling (okay, maybe not the ceiling). As soon as I took it out of the box, it started shedding, so I put it through the dryer's "fluff" cycle (no heat)with a fabric softener sheet. Then I cleaned the lint trap and did it again. Took out quite a lot of loose stuff. After 2 cycles, I took it out and laid it on my bed to roll it up. Orange fluff everywhere. The thing hasn't touched my bed in 3 weeks and I'm still finding bits of fluff.

These blankets are awesome!
They are super soft, light (not heavy), great color to hide stains, and easy to wash.
The only complaint I have with them is the strap that comes with them to store them rolled up is so easy to lose!
I got one for a gift and immediately bought one for all my family!
Great light weight throw January 9, 2009
This was a pleasant surprise for the low price. A very snuggly lightweight throw. The colors are warm and inviting. I recommend this to anyone wanting just a little something to wrapup and watch tv with.

Soft and Warm January 9, 2009
I bought two of these throws. They are so warm and soft. I just love them. (Dogs love them, too; they always want up on my lap when I have them out and using them.) Great buy!!!
