very hard to use. little intructions with product. must have another owner to instruct on it's use and downloads.

My first iPod - and it was so easy to figure out. Like to listen to 70's hard rock but mainly wanted it for recorded books. Sound is clear and it's so convenient. Recommend for any non-techie types.

This is the third iPod Nano we bought. One for my mother-in-law, one for my 9 year old daughter who loves to listen to music and watch videos and one for me to listen to music while walking. This has an excellent picture for watching videos, easy to use for those individuals that are not to technologically advanced and a great size that fits into pockets easily.

At first I was hesitant about buying this product, but it turns out that this ipod was worth every penny! The shipping is free, the quality is great, and it's much cheaper then buying it from the Apple store.
