the ipod came in terrible condition. i was scared to touch it, i thought it would break. the touch screen wasn't sensitive(PRACTICALLY COMING OFF) i would never in life buy from this company again
 A good Gadject, Incomplete package September 15, 2008
I loved the gadget, its nice to play with and the display is wonderful.
However, what really bothered me is that they force you to BUY a software upgrade (operating system) immediately after you purchase it... many of the additional programs that you would install would simply not work with the original operating system. Another drow back is that it takes very long to synchronize with the PC (may be becase its a 32 Geg?!). Other negatives would be the price.
These draw backs, to me, drops it at least one star.

I am loving it, easy to use. Complete manual can be found online for further instructions if needed. I've had it for 2 months now and use it all the time. I have no complains yet. I like not having as a phone as well, just for music and browsing anywhere there is wireless connectivity. If you are looking for the phone-music version get the Iphone, but you will have to pay for internet connectivity w/ phone company.

Excellent product. Works as advertised. Was better than I thought it would be. Just kind of expensive and a bummer that a new improved model came out just a month after I purchased it.
