 Ipod Touch - almost like a companion computer June 27, 2008

I am 52 years old and just received my Ipod Touch a few days ago. Upon opening, I was expecting to see a typical instruction book, that would begin with Congratulations on your Ipod Touch purchase! And would follow with step by step setup instructions. That did not happen. There is a short little setup guide pamphlet. So I was a little confused when I plugged the Ipod usb cable into the computer and the interface for the Ipod did not come up. Upon a little more research online, it seems you have to download Itunes first, install and then the Ipod Touch is activated. Here is a link I found that was very helpful in setting up and explained things well.

After this point, the setup really went very well. Basically with trial and error - but was just plain fun to spend time adding pictures and music. I did add an audio book, that had awesome playback. Setup for my Yahoo address was simple. The Ipod immediately read my wireless internet here at home. I love the Weather, YouTube and Map Connections.
This is an expensive item!! But, with all the wonderful technology included with the Ipod Touch it is well worth it to me.

I like very much, is good, the best in music for videos, Internet, good display, the resolution fine, and when I go everywhere can I use, Can I listen my favorite music and look my best videos. I love it. Thanks to Ipode for create that magnific device.

I realize that there are mixed feelings about this product but I have to say that I have yet to see such innovation and functionality in the competition. Additionally, the iPod Touch is very easy to use and has become one of the items I don't leave home without.
My only issue with this product, like any other iPod, is the inability to replace the battery on the fly.

This is a great player, with great sound and a beautiful screen. I bought it for my daughter and now consider purchasing one for myself!

A little bit of a hassle to setup the email accounts( unless your using Yahoo or Gmail) but otherwise works perfect.
