This unit has more of a STEREO sound vs. a radio quality sound...BIG difference! I debated whether or not to get this unit or one that was cheaper, and I am SO GLAD that I went ahead and spent the extra $ and got this one! It's VERY easy to use and program! The remote is small but simple to use, and I love the idea of it having a magnetic back so that it sticks to the fridge. I am TOTALLY pleased with this item... love it!

THIS PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL. THE SOUND IS GREAT FOR SUCH A SMALL CD PLAYER. I HAD PRUCHASE ANOTHER BRAND ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND ONE OF MY CD'S WAS HUNG INSIDE THE CD PLAYER. I HAD TO TAKE THE CD PLAYER DOWN AND SHAKE IT TO REMOVE THE CD. THE OTHER PLAYER WAS A CHEAPER BRAND AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A CHEAPER BRAND. THE SONY PLAYER IS GREAT AND I HAD LESS PROBLEMS GETTING IT INSTALLED THAN THE CHEAPER ONE. I ALWAYS USE IT WHEN I AM COOKING OR CLEANING HOUSE. I JUST TURN UP THE VOLUME AND THE SOUND IS UNBELIEVABLE! MAKES CLEANING AND COOKING SOOO MUCH EASIER!

I wanted an under cabinet radio for a very long time and I am really happy to have bought this one. The installation was easy. It looks and sounds great. The reception is perfect and if I want to listen to my music I can connect an iPod. Great product!

It looks nice under the cabinet and reception is OK for most part, but if you have any other electrical equipment within 5 feet of it, you get a lot of static. I wish it had a flexible external antenna that could be positioned under the cabinets.

Sony Under-Cabinet Kitchen CD/Clock Radio (Silver). Has good sound for a radio. Looks sharp, and it's priced right too.
