I'm really disapointed in this walkman. I read all the positive reviews so I decided to buy it but I disagree with them. The sound quality is horrible there's a noise even at the lowest volume level. Really cheep product.

The radio is very nice, however, I will be giving as a gift because I misread ad... I wanted a "cassette" player Walkman.

Thank you Amazon for selling and advertising such a nice quality walkman. I just ordered this model and received it 8/12/06. I searched all over for quite a while and decided on this one. The style is very unusual modern and sturdy. It was easy to program, I like the listening quality and preset buttons. I enjoy my cassette tapes. I really like the design for the tape player, It only takes 1 AA battery. The headphones are very comfortable and give great sound. The TV listening is an added plus. I really recommend this model to any walkman lover and the price is just right. Thanks again. 8/15/06

My husband runs and loves to listen to books on tape. He had the "old" model, purchased in the 90's and since tape players are probably on the way out, I was glad to find this one. It is excellent. He can run, listen, and no skipping.
