| Customer Reviews:
Great Weather Alert Radio! July 8, 2008 The Midland WR-100C Weather / All Hazards / Civil Emergency Alert Monitor with S.A.M.E. is a great product! We had another brand and it did not perform as well as this one does. It gives us the right alerts and the voice that announces the alert is very clear. There is no static in this one at all. It was well worth the money! I would recommend this product to anyone who is concerned about weather or any other emergency alerts.
Midland WR-100C Weather Radio July 7, 2008 This radio has sensitivity, a loud warning tone and programmed with the proper county codes, only responds to warnings in your area. I am pleased with the performance.
Good Value for the Money July 3, 2008 This weather radio was easy to set up. It's also easy to operate and customizable to your preferences. It has many useful functions and few that are extraneous. I'd say it's one of the best on the market for the money.
NOAA WEATHER RADIO June 30, 2008 We received our NOAA weather and emergency radio one day before Iowa entered the worst month of tornadoes, severe thunderstorms, and flash flooding in the history of the state. Believe me, we were grateful to have it keeping track of each emergency as it arose! We recommend it to everyone - even if they don't live in Iowa.
Good Weather Radio June 30, 2008 Good little radio for the money. Battery backup is nice so you can take it to the basement with you. Picking your county is helpful so you don't have to wake up for every storm going through the state. Its still a little annoying for it to go off in the middle of the night for a thunderstorm watch, but better safe than sorry.
