This is the second time I've purchased this spindle. I've experienced a 20% failure rate with these CDs. I have new equipment and I'm adept with the technology so I'm thinking it's the product. Quality control needs to be stepped up a notch.

I've been using Verbatim for many years. On both DVD and CD, I've bought more than 20 spindles, but I rarely have problem with burning. I will keep using it!!

Excellent product. However the packaging for this product is the worst of all the items I have ever ordered. My CD stack came in broken and I had no time to return it....
