Nice Trim case that protects well September 14, 2008

This is a sharp looking leather case that protects the zune well. You can operate the zune while it is still in the case. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the lack of a slot in the bottom to allow the sync/charging cable to attach without having to remove it from the case. But I guess the designers figure if it is being charged, it is safe and there is no need for the case (though they obviously don't have children, gregarious dogs etc).
However, I would recommend and have bought one for all 3 of my zunes.

I wish I still had my brown Zune because this would match perfectly. I am a girl, so I like the cool pattern inside. The case fits perfectly and holds the Zune snugly. The buttons work just fine through the case. The magnet is strong and it even comes with a free Zune marketplace song. The headphone jack is accessible.
STYLISH AND FUNCTIONAL August 8, 2008
The magnetic strip that keeps the flap closed to protect the screen is great. The inside pocket is cool I keep pictures there and the design makes artwork & videos stand out.The case could have more padding and openings for the cables but Overall I'm extremely satisfied& mad I wasted money on another case I should've bought this when I first got my zune

I picked this up elsewhere for my 80 GB. I couldn't tell the difference between this one and the newer one from the packaging, but given the price drop, I was willing to risk it. The case is OK. It does a good job of protecting the Zune, but there is no way to sync or charge when in the case. Does what it needs to and for $20 less than most options, I can live with the issues.

If your looking for a case that fits nice and doesn't smudge the screen then you should buy this one. Much better than the slip on case that comes with the zune. But be warned that if you have th 30G zune then this case will make it a little more bulkier. But you should't worry if you have cargo pants you can slip it in.
