this unit did not come with an a/c adapter, and has no clip on it to attach to a belt.

This is a great walkman except for the fact that it does not have a clip, or a way to attach it to you. Forget about listening to music and moving around unless you want to carry it in your hand.
Otherwise, the sound quality is very good, and the headphones are nice too.
